Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for an Administration Assistant to be a part of the Facilities and Office Team.
This person will work with all internal Quintiq employees to provide business support in the area of administrative and facilities management tasks.
Department & supervisor
You will be part of a small team of experienced administrative and facilities personnel. You will report directly to the Facilities and Office Services Lead.
This role is based in Quintiq’s Malaysian office, the Global Development Center. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world.
Type of employment
This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be confirmed following a three-month probation.

Monitor pantry consumables
Assisting with monitoring stock of stationeries and medical kit items
Contractor liaison during office repairs and upgrades
Reception duties – primarily reception back up as and when required
Accommodation arrangement for overseas colleagues
Monitoring in-house vendor activities and attendance
Monitoring maintenance contract renewals
Landlord liaison for office related maintenance
Receiving, acting and following up on complaints received from colleagues
Acknowledging, taking action and closing work orders in system
Assisting to update seating arrangement
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, with at least 3 to 5 years of direct experience in the field
Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Good command of written and spoken English as well as conversant in Bahasa Malaysia
Strong communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of individuals
