Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for a Business Development Manager.
We are seeking a business development manager at our South-East Asia (SEA) business unit based in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for Quintiq and expanding our software footprint in the existing customer base.Target customers would comprise of leading companies in SEA. You are expected to work with all levels of business prospects from division management up to board level.
Department & supervisor
You will work as part of a small team of experts, and will report directly to the SEA Business Unit Director.
This role is based in Quintiq’s Malaysian office, the Global Development Center. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world. Some domestic and international travel to and from customer sites and Quintiq offices is required.

Execute on business development strategy to support regional and corporate objectives
Identify and build portfolio of customer accounts in alignment with regional and corporate strategies
Deliver on revenue targets and customer count objectives
Enable new solutions for South East Asia region and oversee comprehensive strategy of customer and opportunity acquisitions
Evangelize the Quintiq value proposition in the market place, ensuring that Quintiq is the preferred provider for sophisticated planning and scheduling software solutions
Generate leads, establish solution proposals, and develop high quality presentations representing core value propositions of our company
Have strong sense of teamwork, collaboration and mutual support for fellow employees
A tertiary qualification from a recognized institution
8 years' experience of software-solutions selling within Supply Chain Management
Experience in complex sales cycles such as selling large scale solutions to multinationals and mid-market enterprises
High business ethics
A result-oriented personality
A successful background in business development in large or mid-enterprise organizations
A good track record in achieving sales targets
Industry knowledge in logistics, aviation or manufacturing would be a significant advantage
Excellent lead qualification and client relationship skills
A good command of the English language
Great presentation skills
