Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for a First-line Support Consultant.
We are looking for support professionals with a passion in being the first point of support contact for our customers, partners and colleagues around the world. You've got basic technical know how, empathy and the ability to identify the best course of action either via pre-defined solutions or escalation to the next support level. Using crystal-clear communication you want to comfort the customers and give them the confidence that their problems are in good hands.
Department & supervisor
You will work in the Support Organization and report to the Director.
This role is based in Quintiq’s Malaysian office, the Global Development Center. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world.
Type of employment
This is a full-time permanent role, shift-based work which will include weekend and public holidays. You will be confirmed following a three-month probation.

Handle incoming support calls and emails to support
Provide predefined solutions to known problems
Handle license requests, user account requests and other 1st line requests
Maintain and improve the support knowledge base
Review internal support requests (completeness check)
Monitor the status of systems hosted by Quintiq and flag problems
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent
Technical background and experience to effectively carry out the listed responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem solving ability and flexibility
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
