You’re that one-in-a-million person who loves engaging with prospects on the phone. You leave no sales lead behind. No opportunity passes you by. You love to pick up the phone and find out as much as possible about a lead. You can’t get enough of calling people and you don’t stop until you have reached your lead.
You are very eager in creating new business by searching for key prospects on various channels, such as LinkedIn, and then creating a dialogue with these prospects both on and offline.
You love turning cold calls into warm exchanges. Now you’re looking to put your exceptional sales skills to work for a good product.

As a Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in following up on and nurturing leads until they are ready to engage with our account representatives. You will work closely together with a Sales team and your Marketing colleagues. You must be team player but should also be able to work on your own.
You will be supported by sophisticated lead nurturing tools, and will have ready access to marketing intelligence from colleagues on four continents.
Department & supervisor
You will work as part of a team of experts, and will report directly to the Business Unit Director.
This role is based in Quintiq’s Radnor, PA office, but you will be expected to work with colleagues around the world.
Type of employment
This is a full-time role. Quintiq does not sponsor visa applications for this position.

Developing a solid understanding of our supply chain planning and optimization solutions;
Communicating our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers;
Prospecting by making a large amount of phone calls, both warm and cold;
Writing sales letters and follow up (Outbound Lead generation);
Making use of various Social Media channels and search for the right targets (Outbound Lead generation);
Making regular cold calls (Outbound Lead generation);
Following up on marketing campaigns (webinars, seminars, trade shows);
Understanding prospects’ needs, and qualifying them;
Managing and tracking leads in the lead database through Salesforce.com;
Building account maps and driving campaigns together with Marketing and Sales in these accounts;
Monitoring sales follow-up and progress - from qualified leads to opportunities.
1 – 4 years’ experience and successful background in telemarketing, telesales or in sales support in a B2B environment;
High Energy level and desire to succeed;
Knowledge of leveraging CRM tools;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Command of English at a native level;
Relevant experience in the software industry and experience in a B2B environment is a plus;
A good understanding of the sales/buying cycle, and the ability to assess sales opportunities is a plus;
Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus.
