As a Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in following up on and nurturing leads until they are ready to engage with our account representatives. You will work closely together with a Sales team and your Marketing and Inside Sales colleagues.

Department & supervisor
Quintiq headquarters is divided into several business units consisting of a team of experienced professionals. We are looking for an eager Inside Sales Specialist within the Marketing and Inside Sales team in our business units Metals and Transportation Experience. You report directly to the business unit director of the specific unit.
This role is based in Quintiq’s ‘s-Hertogenbosch office, but we expect you to work with colleagues around the world. You will be working together with colleagues in your own business unit as well as your peers on four continents.

Developing a solid understanding of our planning and optimization solutions;
Communicating our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers;
Prospecting (outbound lead generation) by having the best mix in outreach; LinkedIn, personalized emails, phone calls, sales letters, e.g;
Following up on marketing campaigns (webinars, seminars, trade shows);
Understanding prospects’ needs, and qualifying them;
Managing and tracking leads in the lead database through Salesforce.com;
Building account maps and driving campaigns together with Marketing and Sales in these accounts;
Monitoring sales follow-up and progress - from qualified leads to opportunities.
A bachelor degree;
Successful background in telemarketing, telesales or in sales support in a B-2-B environment is a prerequisite;
Excellent command of English both written and oral. Other languages (e.g. Spanisch, French, Russian or Dutch) is a plus;
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus;
Strong communication and analytical skills;
Relevant experience in the software industry is a plus;
A good understanding of lead flow, the sales/buying cycle, and the ability to assess sales opportunities is a plus;
