As a Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in following up on and nurturing leads until they are ready to engage with our account representatives. You will work closely together with a Sales team and your Marketing and Inside Sales colleagues.
Department & supervisor
Quintiq is divided into several business units focusing on different industries and regions. We are looking for an eager and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join the EMEA business unit for Logistics & Retail. You will report to the Marketing and iSales manager for this unit, and the BU director.
This role is based in Dassault Systèmes offices in Velizy (Paris region), but we expect you to work with colleagues around the world. You will be working together with colleagues in your own business unit as well as your peers on four continents.

Developing a solid understanding of our planning and optimization solutions; communicating our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers;
Sourcing new opportunities, both by nurturing inbound leads and engaging with outbound leads, having the best mix in outreach (LinkedIn, personalized emails, phone calls, sales letters, etc.);
Building account maps and plans, working closely with Marketing and Sales executives to develop specific campaigns or programs;
Qualifying leads by understanding the industry pains and the prospects’ needs;
Following up on marketing campaigns (webinars, seminars, trade shows) to secure more meetings;
Monitoring sales follow-up and progress - from qualified leads to opportunities; including database administration.
A bachelor or master degree;
A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in another Inside Sales / Sales position in a B2B environment (background in telemarketing or telesales appreciated);
A good understanding of the lead journey and the enterprise software buying cycle would be a strong differentiator;
Fluent French is a must and a good command of English, both in writing and verbally, is required. Other languages (e.g. Spanish, Italian) are a plus;
Strong communication, listening and analytical skills;
Relevant experience in the IT / software industry is a plus; tech-savvy appreciated;
