Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for a Program Manager.
Quintiq Global Marketing supports the sales and marketing needs of 15 business units around the world, creates content and runs campaigns targeted at a wide array of industries including food & beverage, retail, public transport, manufacturing and more. The team’s overarching goal is to engage with target audiences with one simple message: that planning and optimization can help them do better business.
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager with a talent for driving projects, who enjoys rallying people across various disciplines and aligning them towards a single goal.
Department & supervisor
You will be part of the Content Team, under Global Marketing in Quintiq. You will report directly to the Senior Content Manager, also based in the KL office
This role is based in Quintiq’s Malaysian office, the Global Development Center. You will work with colleagues around the world

Review incoming requests for feasibility and validity – from short-term requests that take days or weeks to complete (e.g. webinar) to long-term projects that run into months (e.g. content marketing campaign)
Hold calls with requesters and subject matter experts to iron out details or better understand project requirements
Keep a close eye on existing projects. Raise the alarm for those that are delayed and quickly devise a backup plan to get things back on track
Develop detailed production plans for new projects and communicate them with stakeholders
Identify the right resources for projects and brief them on the objectives, scope, expectations and special requirements. Brainstorm to further improve ideas if needed
Methodically document progress of projects to ensure visibility and accountability
Measure project performance with suitable systems, tools and techniques
This job is for you if you:
Are highly self-motivated, driven and believe in taking full ownership of projects to truly make a difference
Are optimistic, proactive and resilient, able to quickly address disruptions to get projects right back on track
Are adept at prioritizing between many projects and making smart decisions fast
Have excellent communication skills – in writing and in person
Are supremely organized and detail-oriented, with a razor-sharp focus on delivering on time
Are a critical thinker who’s able to grasp multiple objectives, business needs and interdependent requirements
Have a basic understanding of the disciplines involved in each project (e.g. design, digital advertising, social media, videography, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or computer science/IT
Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning and managing multi-faceted projects
Experience in content marketing is a plus
