Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for a Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you'll be working on some of the toughest planning challenges in the world today. You will also contribute to our product development, or lend a hand in a coaching or QA role.
Your puzzle starts within our Product development department. Your Product team (10-14 people located globally), which consists of Business Consultants, Algorithm Experts, as well as Quintiq Specialists. You're in charge of uniting them and steering them towards one goal: quarterly delivery of our Products. You will be given the support and tools you need to succeed - powerful management software and agile methodologies used by top development teams. You will be responsible for 2 Product teams.
Department & supervisor
Quintiq headquarters consists of several business units/horizontal departments consisting of a team of professionals. We are looking for eager Project Managers within our Product Development department. You report directly to the director of the Product Development department.
This role is based in Quintiq’s Headquarters at ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Your team is a truly global one, colleagues around the world (Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, Den Bosch, Radnor).

Implement a number of topics per Product simultaneously with varying scope and timelines (months, weeks). Topics can be a joint effort with a Business Unit via collaboration;
Coordinate the activities of Quintiq specialists, business consultants, technical consultants, algorithm experts;
Steer the collaborations - and orchestrate daily interaction between our department and the business units – from kick-off to final go-live;
Monitor the adherence to our proven implementation methodology;
Ensure that the team remains focused on results in terms of quality, speed and customer satisfaction;
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our Quintiq project management methodology and state-of-the-art project management tools;
Monitor and provide coaching for projects executed with the help of our business units.
A master’s degree;
Between 4 till 8 years’ experience in a similar role;
Clear understanding of or eager to learn about iterative development methodologies and software implementations in general;
Strong team player with the ability to motivate team members;
Creative problem solver and have excellent conflict management skills;
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction;
Able to adapt easily to changing situations;
Energetic and flexible, with a good sense of humor;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language is mandatory, good command of German or another European language is a plus.
