As a Senior Account Executive in the Enterprise software space your job is to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities, as well as generate new business – all within the target market of Fortune 1000 companies with large and complex business processes. You will therefore be dealing with people at all levels within an organization: from division management to board members, and you will be responsible for each stage of the complex sales cycle as well as a defined bookings target; to excel in this role you must be disciplined, focused on results, able to prioritize and operate with a high level of business ethics.

Department & supervisor
You will be part of the North America Business Unit and report to the Director of Sales. We will take care of your work-related travel needs, both domestic and international.
This role can be either local, or a remote Sales position that will require monthly travel to our corporate office in the Philadelphia, PA. area.
Type of employment
This is a full-time role. Quintiq does not sponsor visa applications for this position.

Initiate, develop, and close complex sales cycles;
Generate new sales leads and follow up on leads generated by others;
Qualify and close enterprise deals for net new logos as well as “whitespace” in existing customer accounts;
Collaborate with partner organizations (e.g. consultancy firms and product partners);
Write introductory letters to C-level executives;
Maintain RFI/RFP processes;
Strategically position the Quintiq software by understanding customers’ pain points and proposing solutions to fit their needs;
Facilitate the translation of operational metric improvements into financial levers that result in a credible value statement.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree;
Extensive enterprise software sales experience;
Experience in complex supply chain sales cycles is a requirement;
Track record in selling large scale ERP/SCM solutions to multinationals is an advantage;
Highly motivated, focused, and detail-oriented;
Excellent presentation, lead qualification and client relationship skills are required;
Excellent verbal and writing skills for introductory letters/champion letters/RFPs;
Stand out colleague with ability to work with management and consultants from all over the world.
