Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for a Senior Recruiter for our office in Radnor, PA, just outside Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in international IT organizations, knows what high quality companies need and has an eye for differentiating intelligent talent. We're looking for someone who has experience in recruiting IT and business professionals within the United States and who has a successful track record in achieving targets. You will have a multidisciplinary focus and support our business in finding the best software sales executives, business unit directors, technical or business consultants, optimization experts, marketing executives and project managers. Next to recruitment tasks it is important to be extremely flexible and support HR anywhere where it is needed. Preferably you’ve gained a couple years of experience as an agency recruiter which will make you feel comfortable with high volumes, meeting weekly KPI’s and serving the business as our internal clients.

Department & supervisor

You will work together with a local HR colleague in Radnor but be a part of the Global Recruitment team that is responsible for all outstanding vacancies within the USA, APAC and EMEA(R) region. The global team exists of Recruitment experts working throughout Quintiq offices in The Netherlands and Malaysia, you will report to the Global Recruitment Director.


This role is based at Quintiq’s office in Radnor, PA, USA. You will be expected to work closely with the other members of the Global Recruitment team and colleagues around the world.

Type of employment

This is a full-time, permanent role. Quintiq does not sponsor visa applications for this position.

Manage full cycle recruiting processes to meet hiring goals across all levels within multiple business units;

Identifying and actively headhunt potential candidates across the entire Greater Philadelphia region;

Telephone and desk-based research on industries, companies and target groups;

Establish relationships with hiring managers/business units and develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges and team style; use this information to attract top candidates;

Develop a strong network of candidates and utilize social media tools such as LinkedIn, Xing etc;

Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and excellent, timely communication with candidates, peers and hiring managers;

Management of throughput times of the recruitment process together with hiring managers;

Detailed tracking of notes or shortlists of candidates on to the recruitment system;

Conducting (telephone) interviews and support job meetings (together with your hiring managers) if requested.

Job requirements

BSc or MSc degree in Economics, HR or Law;

Minimum 5 years relevant (agency) recruitment experience and a successful international track record;

Strong business development skills both per phone as face-to-face;

Good communication and negotiations skills with a naturally inquisitive mind-set;

Maturity to deal with business leaders, driven, proactive, confident and resilient;

Professional and ambitious attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;

You are people focused but process oriented, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and drive effectiveness;

You want and are incredibly excited to be a part of a fast moving organization and actively seek ways to bring in recruitment strategies that work with the culture;

Preferably working for a high-growth mid-size company within the Greater Philadelphia area spearheading their fast paced recruiting needs.
