Quintiq , part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for T&E Auditor.
You will be part of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) team to ensure smooth delivery of Finance transactions and operational services to Business Units stakeholders globally in accordance with Dassault Systemes policies/procedures, and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

You will be part of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) team and report directly to the AP Manager, who is based in Quintiq's Global Development Center in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a full-time permanent role. You will be confirmed in your post following a three-month probation period.

Ensure timely processing of expense claims from employees; review and ensure compliance to company polices;
Ensure adherence to tax codes for specific countries;
Attend to expenses claims related queries from employees and external vendors;
Meet KPIs per agreed Service Levels Agreements (SLA) for volume and time taken for audit , among others
Follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding items with employees and managers;
Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Fluency in English essential and in general, knowledge of other languages a plus.
Foreign language capability is required for the specific country under scope, ie: Mandarin language is needed for this particular role.
At least 2 years’ working experience in the accounting, finance or related field is desirable, including procurement, accounts payable, time and expense processing and cash disbursements.
Previous experience working in a Finance Shared Service Centre or business process outsourcing engagement preferred.
Knowledge and experience of using ERP systems is highly desired and experience with ERP implementations is advantageous.
Experience working with international business operations advantageous.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Good problem solving skill plus a good foundation in accounting, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word).
Ability to work well in a team environment with a wide variety of personnel from multiple disciplines and cultures.
Very strong drive, dedication and work ethic.
