Quintiq, part of Dassault Systèmes, is looking for Advanced Technical Services Specialist.
As an advanced technical service specialist, you will provide development services to Quintiq offices around the world. These services include developing customer-specific applications, as well as improving industry solutions and our standard software.

You will be part of a team of technical experts, and will report directly to the technical specialist lead.
This role is based in Quintiq’s Malaysia office in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.

Implement, administer and troubleshoot the technical infrastructure in Quintiq’s Malaysia office.
Experience in Windows directory services & SAN Storage
VMware – design, implement and maintain ESX Clusters, HA, DRS, vSwitches and distributed switches; and maintain the complete VMware lifecycle (patching, troubleshooting, upgrading and migrations)
Firewall – update and fine-tune next generation firewall threat signatures; maintain inbound and outbound traffic control to meet corporate business requirements; and establish site and mobile VPN
Network system – analyze and isolate network issues; maintain network by evaluating performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency; plan and execute selection, installation, configuration and testing of equipment
Backup strategy planning – perform and verify system/data backup and recovery
Security – provide stable and secure IT infrastructure; perform regular reviews of potential risks in all IT Infrastructure systems; and analyze security dashboards, reports, and events for attacks, malicious activities, indications of compromise, and malwares on corporate network and systems
Wi-Fi system – maintain the wireless infrastructure within the office
Cisco VOIP solution
Develop and maintain best practices, procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with technical service colleagues in Quintiq offices worldwide
Provide technical support (including participation in FTS 24x7 on-call rotation) for complex production systems
Working experience in an MNC environment
Strong IT technology background
MCSE or MCITP certificate holder is preferred
VMware Certified Professional is preferred (VCP,VCAP, VCDX)
Certifications such as EMC or Compellent are an advantage
CISSP, CRISC, SANS GSEC, or any other related accreditation is a plus
Understanding of network and infrastructure security, and the ability to ensure security and privacy protection at all times
Proficient knowledge of ITIL
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and presentation skills
Good project management skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple parties
Able to multitask, work under pressure and deliver high quality results
Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage
